Tech Producer
Volunteer Role | Program Team

IGGA is seeking two reliable, technically capable volunteers to support the delivery of our live virtual education programs. Tech Producers will manage the technical side of Zoom sessions, including speaker tech checks, screen sharing and prerecorded media, recording, participant access, and troubleshooting during live events. The two producers will share a regular rotation and work closely with Program Hosts and the Program Coordinator.

This behind-the-scenes role is well suited for someone who has current experience running Zoom meetings, webinars, or virtual events and is comfortable managing common technical issues independently. Reliability, calm problem-solving, and attention to detail are especially important. IGG expertise is not required. IGGA will provide orientation to its program formats and procedures, but volunteers should bring current Zoom knowledge or be willing to strengthen specific skills independently.

IGGA Connect Member Meetup Host
Volunteer Role | Member Experience Team

IGGA will soon be seeking two volunteer hosts to help lead IGGA Connect, our monthly members-only gathering for conversation, connection, and community.

Beginning in September, IGGA Connect meetups will follow a planned format designed to help members meet one another, exchange ideas, discuss topics relevant to IGG practice, and build professional relationships in a welcoming and relaxed setting.

Hosts will help guide the conversation, create an inclusive environment for participation, and keep each meetup moving through its planned structure. The two hosts will share coverage across the monthly gatherings.

This role may be a good fit for someone who enjoys bringing people together, facilitating conversation, and helping members feel comfortable participating in a professional community.

IGGA Connect Breakout Room Facilitator
Volunteer Role | Member Experience Team

COMING SOON!

IGGA will soon be seeking a pool of volunteer breakout room facilitators to support small-group conversations during IGGA Connect, our monthly members-only gathering for conversation, connection, and community.

Beginning in September, Connect meetups will use breakout rooms to give members opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss topics relevant to IGG practice, and build professional relationships in smaller-group settings.

Facilitators will help introduce discussion prompts, keep conversation moving, encourage participation, and create space for different perspectives, backgrounds, and experience.

Facilitators are not expected to be the expert in the room. Their role is to help create a welcoming conversation where members can contribute, listen, and learn from one another.

This role may be a good fit for someone who enjoys small-group conversation, encouraging participation, and helping members learn from one another.

Full volunteer role description coming soon.
